need help with a video board?

have a few TV capture boards want to know which is the best for me to use, have an HP 2.3 Gig CPU 2Gig Ram....now the boards
PCI TV Video Capture 30 FPS
PCI TV board w/7130 chip set (YUV format - VBI Data)
WinTV w/ NTSC/NTSC-J
Voodoo3 3500 TV AGP (3dfx)
Samsung (TCPM9091PD27D) back says (VGA V33BU16SDF)
dont know what all that means but can ya help with the best on to use for TV video capture

The first one (PCI TV Video Capture 30 FPS) is very generic and could fit a number of capture cards.
The second PHILIPS 7130 TV CAPTURE CARD a card by Philips but their search system sucks.
Win TV w/ NTSC/NTSC-J Looks like it's designed to work on the American standard NTSC which is fairly low resolution.
Voodoo3 3500 TV AGP (3dfx) Looks like a hybrid 3D graphics card with a TV capture card built in. Do you have the driver disks that accompany the capture cards? Good luck with your choice.
