PCIe 16x VS PCIe 2.0 16x?
I have just noticed my MOBO is not PCIe 2.0 16x its only 16x. ATM I have a 8800 GT 512 meg 2.0 card. I just ordred a VisionTek 900300 Radeon HD 5770 1GB CrossFireX NEW.
Since my slot is not 2.0 will I lose lots of preformance from this card? Also is the fact my slot is not 2.0 hindering my current card?
I have been tweeking trying to get a good score on the FFXIV offical benchmark the best sore sofat is 2400 or so

Btw your 5770 won't see any boundaries just because of PCIe 1.1, even the 5870 and the GTX480 don't really feel the bite so forget that there will be ANY problem with that 5770 which is much slower than the 5870 and the GTX480.
