I’ll say first that my rating system isn’t perfect to keep it simple. There will be general changes to all the reviews as I gain experience, however it takes time to go over it properly one-by-one - so sometimes it will be unrepresentative for a little while.

This review represents Noodle Son alter ego. I enjoy the adventures of eating all cuisines. Growing up in the big cities, I often had snack food of all kinds. Instant noodles were an occasional treat and not much to get excited about then.

So much have changed today. If you’re lucky enough to be near a good Asian supermarket, there could be a full aisle of a bewildering array of instant noodles. But that still is only a fraction of what is available.

What is in this review? It about that elusive good vibe, taste, a nostalgic craving. I try to include remarks about the product that has nothing to do with taste though, but the deciding factors are still tastes from an Asian perspective.
